This short sharp campaign for Cooper Brouard was rolled out multi channel for the best effect. Online ads, social media and print advertising were all used to encourage vendors to get their properties listed and photographed before Christmas kicked in.
The campaign was based on research which showed that the period between Boxing Day and New Year is one of the busiest for prospective buyers, so anyone looking to sell should get their properties listed ready to take advantage of that.
However, as no-one really wants to be disturbed over the holidays, (plus Christmas Decorations don’t add to property sales photos) it makes sense to get it done and dusted before.
The idea was communicated with clever photography and explained in simple and eye-catching animations.
